Baked Banana Bread Doughnuts with Coconut Glaze

Ingredients:

Doughnuts:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup golden brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons canola or safflower oil
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups banana puree
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped toasted pecans

Glaze:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2-3 tablespoons coconut milk (or whole milk)
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
