Ryan Gosling has been getting help from trainer Kiu Puk to get him ready for his next movie role -- Only God Forgives. In the film, which is being shot in Bangkok, Gosling will be featured in several Thai boxing scenes.
"Ryan's disciplined and enthusiastic, and above all, he loves his training," Puk said. "He trains for around two hours at a time -- it's pretty nonstop."
Of his diet, Puk says he has "recommended that he stick to a traditional Thai diet of fish, green vegetables and rice. I can tell he's sticking to it."
