Chocolate fiends will get a kick out of Sweet Play by Elsa Lambinet, a series of modular, customizable chocolate squares that invites purchaser participation. Patrons can select the chocolate type, its topping and its inner filling.
Sweet Play was created for Lambinet's diploma project at ECAL in partnership with Swiss chocolatier Blondel. If you prefer to make your own chocolates, check out this tutorial for chocolate Chambord truffles.
