New Orleans Saints quarterback, Drew Brees, recently sat down with Shape to talk about the many aspects of his healthy lifestyle.
When asked which foods can always be found in his kitchen, Brees said, "I always have beef jerky, turkey jerky, yogurt, coconut milk, and fruit on hand. I'm not really a sweets person, but I love root beer. And chicken fried steak -- I know it's not healthy!
Brees also said he hopes to be a good influence for staying active for children battling with their weight.
"Childhood obesity is a huge problem facing our country right now, so I really want to encourage kids to live a healthy and active lifestyle."
