Reese Witherspoon's former trainer, Michael George, recently talked to Shape about how he helped keep the actress in such great shape.
"Eat clean and healthy with small meals and snacks daily, reduce alcohol consumption and do cardio 30 minutes a day for 6 days per week," George said. "Do not dismiss the strength training as well, which is the activity that fires up your metabolism."
George went on to say that Witherspoon was already in great shape when they met, so he just wanted to help improve her overall health.
