Angelina Jolie has just made her directorial debut in the new film, In the Land of Blood and Honey. To celebrate the movie, Jolie hosted a banquet in Bosnia with a full five-course meal.
The dinner was prepared by staff at the Bristol Hotel and included bruschetta with chicken liver pate, red trout fillet with black and red rice with fennel, veal fillet with herbs, and a traditional Bosnian dish (kadun butic) made of minced meat on a cinnamon stick. For dessert, guests were treated to hazelnut cremino, raspberry cheesecake and tartufo nero.
