This lovely Birch Tree Inspired Cake, is meant for weddings, but it would also be perfect for a springtime birthday!
One of the most beautiful trees in North America, the Birch tree's bark is reflected in the artwork. As children, we were warned to never tear off the paper (bark) of the Birch trees. We always used the fallen bark as part of our imaginary playtime. This cake inspires such wonderful childhood memories. Thanks to Instructables member: Mimikry, for this fantastic How To.
