"Glee" star Amber Riley flaunted a trimmer figure at last week's NAACP Image Awards, citing chronic stomach pains as the catalyst that helped her lose two dress sizes and ditch fast food. "I decided I was going to make a change and eat healthier," the 26-year-old said.
Riley also noted that fast food and burgers in particular "were attacking my stomach." She lost the weight over seven months by following a regular exercise plan and healthy diet.
