Gerber Products company is recalling its Good Start Gentle powdered infant formula, in the 23.2 ounce plastic packages, from batch GXP1684, exp. March 5, 2013.
Gerber states that the product poses no health or safety risk, however:
The product might have a noticeable off-odor, and in some cases spit-up and other gastrointestinal complaints have been reported.
Consumers who have this product should contact the Gerber Parents Resource Center at 1-800-487-7763 for replacement.
