Supermodel and Celebrity Apprentice alum, Cheryl Tiegs, recently talked to Modelinia about the diet that has kept her in such great shape.
"My diet is all relative, and I'm really only strict about it for about 2 - 10 days each month. But it's not about depriving yourself of the things you want, it's about portions and knowing what you're buying at the supermarket," Tiegs said. "I pretty much buy whatever I feel like eating but get the lowest fat option."
The one weakness Tiegs admits to is popcorn.
"Air popped, a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of salt, yum!" she said. "That is my treat, but only when I'm off my diet. The problem with popcorn is you feel it days later. It makes you bloated and swollen, so even though it doesn't have a high fat content it still works against you when you're trying to look your best."
