Elena Arzak, Joint Head Chef at Arzak in San Sebastian, Spain, is the winner of the 2012 Veuve Clicquot World's Best Female Chef award. She will be honored at the upcoming World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards in London
Veuve Clicquot's sponsorship of the award is a tribute to the pioneering business accomplishments of Madam Clicquot.
