Amidst rumors that Beyonce went to extreme lengths to lose weight after having Blue Ivy, the singer is finally opening up about how she really did it. Her biggest secret, she says, was breast-feeding.
"I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby and good for yourself."
Beyonce says she has also been careful about her diet and started exercising right away.
"I counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week," she said. "I did a lot of walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running."
