TMZ recently caught up with celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels and asked her what she thought about rumors that Beyonce went on the Master Cleanse to lose her baby weight. Michaels said she highly doubts Beyonce would go on the program that involves a diet of only tea, lemonade, cayenne pepper and maple syrup.
Michaels added that she knows Beyonce's trainer and is aware of how hard the singer works. All you have to do to lose weight, she says, is to live a clean and healthy lifestyle. Check her out in the video below!
