Kate Middleton went on a diet to look slim and trim for her wedding last year, but the Duchess has reportedly been dieting ever since. According to sources in OK Magazine, Middleton has dropped to 90 pounds and is only eating a small amount of food each day.
"These days her diet seems to be nibbling on healthy snacks all day," a source said. "She'll eat a carrot or fruit and often skip meals altogether. When she does sit down with a plate of food, it's normally salad, or pasta or sushi -- and the portions are rarely big."
According to OK, Middleton has been advised to gain weight so she can conceive a baby and Prince William has also been encouraging her pack on a few pounds.
