Today's new food is actually common foods that are combined into a fabulous, new dessert. Pastel de Cafe Y Bananos, is coffee and banana pie. It is a Columbian dessert, with rich ingredients, including cream, fresh ground coffee beans and bananas!
The Foodista member, Sherlly Ontiveros, who submitted it, recommends eating this dish during the fall, but we say "pish-posh." This is going to be found on our menu this week. Who can resist?
