To celebrate Julia Child's 100th birthday, Foodista is sharing some of our favorite recipes from her book Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Ratatouille is the perfect summer dish that uses up all those wonderful seasonal vegetables. Eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes are layered with herbs, olive oil and garlic before being baked in the oven. Serve Julia's ratatouille with a nice crusty hunk of bread.
