The Slice Skin cake designed by Gillian Bell is a grotesque pastry. The U.K.-based artist has created the project for "showing my love for all things a little bit wrong, my inner thoughts spilling out." The cake looks just like sewn layers of flesh with peeks of the muscles underneath, creating a Frankenstein-esque pastry.
