How to Make Japanese Rice Balls

Onigiri or rice balls is an everyday food in Japan.  This dish is made with plain rice stuffed with meat and fish that is shaped into a ball or triangle.  Usually a piece a seaweed is wrapped around the rice ball before serving.  Learn how to make this traditional Japanese rice balls by watching the video below.
