Now that she is a mom, Simpson is up at 7 AM to feed her daughter Maxwell and an early-morning breakfast which consists of half an egg whites sandwich on flatbread with fat-free cheddar cheese and peppers.
Part of Simpson's exercise regime includes a lot of walking. "I'm trying to do at least 14,000 steps a day," she said. She is also working with trainer Harley Pasternak four times a week. Simpson's workouts include cardio and circuit training.
