A more modern approach to reach wine buyers was taken by Barton & Guestier. As someone who spent years working as a wine buyer in a large grocery store, I could easily see cases of these wines stacked up next to the meat and seafood departments, especially when your meat and seafood counter staff are not moonlighting as sommeliers. A easy-drinking duo, it's even easier to figure out what pairs best with them. (Please tell me I don't have to explain any further?)
