Khloe Kardashian Goes on 'X Factor' Diet

Khloe Kardashian is one of the new hosts of The X Factor and she wants to make sure she looks good for her new gig. Khloe has reportedly gone on a crash diet to lose a few pounds before she makes her debut. 

"Khloe is on a crash diet to drop 10 pounds," a source said. "This is her big break, so she's going to give it her all. She's hired a personal chef to cook for her, so there's no excuse." 

Khloe's husband, basketball star Lamar Odom, is apparently helping his wife get in shape by working out with her every day.
