Jenni 'JWoww' Farley took to her blog to dispel a few diet myths, however her tips seem to be pretty obvious. The Jersey Shore star advises her readers to stop skipping meals, to lower their carb intake and find the diet that is right for you.
"This is not a one-size-fits-all deal," she wrote. "Certain foods won't guarantee weight loss and certain diets aren't food for everybody. You need to really listen to yourself, look at your habits and find the right solution for your body and your goals."
