Kylie Minogue recently shared some of the diet and fitness secrets that keep her in such great shape. The Australian beauty revealed she sticks to Pilates but isn't 'that disciplined' when it comes to her workout regime.
"I do Pilates. And when I'm staying in a hotel sometimes go to the gym. But I don't overdo it," Minogue told Star magazine. "I wish I was one of those women who do their exercises first thing in the morning, or run straight to the fitness studio as soon as they get up. But unfortunately I'm just no that disciplined! I like to go snowboarding in winter."
Minogue is a bit more diligent when it comes to her diet, which includes fish and greens.
"For lunch I might have grilled fish with veggies, and if Andres [Velencosco] is in tow, we tend to go a bit Spanish for dinner -- and have something like a piece of tuna or green salad."
