Gilded chocolate cookies from Busy in Brooklyn are a Hanukkah treat. Not only are these cookies gorgeous but they taste good too. This recipe is not for your average chocolate crinkle cookie because olive oil is the only source of fat instead of butter. The flavor is subtle but compliments the chocolate. For an extra special touch, once baked, gelt, or chocolate coin is pressed into the top.
