Kobe Bryant has become an advocate for leading a healthy lifestyle and believes it is his diet that helps him continue being one of the best on the basketball court.
"I really watch [my diet]. I mean lean meats and really cutting out all the sugars and you know just all the unnecessary things," Bryant said. "A lot of it is balance. You don't want to go too crazy about it, but you want to make sure you have a good balance."
