Hollywood is abuzz today with the Golden Globe Awards currently taking place in Los Angeles. The designer dresses, flashing cameras and screaming fans have nothing on the one detail that often gets overlooked -- the decadent menu!
Tonight's cooking team is being led by executive chef Suki Suguira. The menu will consist of a grilled artichoke and fennel lemon mousse with California pepper honey goat cheese and endive pear salad. The main course is a smoked flat iron steak with grilled sweet pickled peppers and California olive oil orange Chilean sea bass. It is being served with caramelized mint fennel, kabocha pumpkin, yellow cauliflower, baby bok choy and dill mashed potatoes.
Executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi came up with a delicious looking (pictured above) dessert to end off the night. Hollywood's finest will get to dine on a cappuccino mousse dome, orange sanguine and chocolate salted caramel dessert.
