New Food: Bean Fudge

What would you say if a piece of fudge was gooey, chocolatey and rich; yet made from healthy ingredients that fooled your taste buds? 

We have found just such a recipe. No guilt fudge. Who wouldn't love that? 

Bean Fudge

 

3 1/2 cup cooked beans (like white, black, or kidney)
3/4 cup virgin coconut oil (melted)
3/4 cup raw honey
3/4 cup cocoa or carob powder
