March 7, 2013

Okay, you caught me. This recipe isn't Irish, it's actually Middle Eastern. But, the important thing is that this Spicy Broad Bean Dip recipe is green and will make a great appetizer at any St. Patrick's Day party. This dip has garlic, lemon, chili and cumin for a ton of flavor with a bit of a kick.

My boyfriend's Irish so I'm very well acquainted with Irish recipes. And it doesn't matter this one is not Irish, it looks delicious and I'll try it during a course I signed up for a month ago. :) To put it more precisely, my boyfriend gave me a special gift on this year's Valentine's Day - he booked a cooking class organized by Zac’s cooking school in our native Vancouver called - cooking classes for couples so we're now collecting interesting recipes to come up with during that course and this one will definitely be part of our list. :)
