Light and Healthy Shrimp Tacos

With spring arriving, we are putting away our Dutch ovens and turning on the grill.  These light and healthy shrimp tacos from Sparkle and Stir are a delicious meal to welcome the new season.  Succulent shrimp are tossed in spices and quickly cooked.  They are stuffed into a warm corn tortilla and served with an apple-lime slaw.  To make this meal at home, click here.
