The James Beard Foundation recently announced the three finalists in the “Vegetable Focused and Vegetarian” category of their 2013 Cookbook Awards. The James Beard Cookbook Award winners will be made known at an awards gala, hosted by Ted Allen of the Food Network, at Gotham Hall in New York City on May 3.
