Easter Brunch: Eggs Benedict Casserole

Eggs Benedict casserole from Chew Out Loud is a must-have dish on your Easter table.  Cubes of English muffin are combined with eggs, milk, spices, and of course, Canadian bacon before being baked in the oven.  The trick to a well-made bread pudding like casserole is dry bread.  If you don't have stale bread, you can leave it out over night uncovered.  This allows the bread to better soak up the egg mixture.  Serve this egg Benedict casserole with homemade hollandaise sauce and a minced parsley.  For recipe instructions, click here
