MGM Grand: Specialty Sakes & SHIBUYA Pilsner
MGM Grand’s contemporary Japanese eatery, Shibuya, features three specialty sakes crafted by world-class distilleries. Sake makers Oomuraya Shuzo, Sakata Shuzo and Shirataki partnered with Shibuya to create sakes exclusive to the restaurant that highlight a wide range of tastes. From the New-age dry finish of the NEOTOKYO and the lush caramel and banana zest in the Shizuoka, to the smooth HACHIKO, Shibuya is a sake lover’s paradise.
Shibuya also has its own private beer label, SHIBUYA Pilsner, made by Joseph James Brewing Company in Henderson, Nevada. Adding to the growing trend of localized beers, this lager has a specifically built flavor structure constructed to pair perfectly with Japanese food.
The Mirage: Single Barrel Mirage Personal Selection Whiskey
Serving the world’s first charcoal-mellowed single barrel Tennessee whiskey, The Mirage joined forces with whiskey-giant Jack Daniel’s to produce the Single Barrel Mirage Personal Selection. This special-to-resort bourbon has the signature dark amber color of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel with an oakier aroma and a refined finish highlighting the captivating flavors of caramel, maple syrup and a touch of rye and licorice.
ARIA Resort & Casino: Barrel Select Custom-Blended Woodford Reserve
Through thorough tasting and research, ARIA’s team created its Barrel Select, a blend of two barrels of Woodford Reserve. The Barrel Select pairs the classic flavor profile of traditional mature bourbon with a specially aged whiskey, showcasing tastes of toffee, spice and apple, with a lingering smokiness, adding to its richness. These complimentary characteristics are combined for brilliant flavors that can be served neat, over ice or highlight any cocktail concoction.

Monte Carlo features exclusive Knob Creek bourbon – the Single Barrel Reserve – that is hand-selected, barrel-by-barrel, to deliver a rare expression of bourbon’s rich flavors. This personalized bourbon showcases a wonderfully complex finish including initial tastes of dark chocolate flavors interwoven with rich hot cocoa, black walnut, and fudge before ending with a warm vanilla bundt cake tone to ease the taste buds.
