The idea of going on a diet is cringe-worthy for food lovers. Revolutionary Dieting wants to make sure everyone knows there's a way to diet while still enjoying foods you love.
The infographic below outlines a two phase diet -- the first is a Metabolism Makeover which lasts 21 days, and the second is the Maintenance Phase. The first phase has dieters eating every 2-3 hours. The infographic also includes what Revolutionary Dieting calls a "Fat Loss Plate" -- examples of what each meal should look like, which in this case includes protein, carbs and fats. After the first 21 days, dieters can begin adding sugar and flour back into their diets.
