Savory Bacon and Broccoli Bread Pudding

What do you do when a recipe looks delicious, but the ingredients are not in your cupboard? You substitute! I just had to try a food magazine's recipe, so I came up with The Farming Wife's version. It was so yummy, the family thinks I am a genius. A genius substitutioner, maybe. 

Savory Bacon and Broccoli Bread Pudding

8 cups of your favorite bread, cubed

6 slices bacon, cooked crisp

1/2 head broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
