This recipe for Quick and Easy Pizza Crust, is simple enough to make, yet works well for both thick and thin style. I also make Calzones , Foccacia, and filled sandwiches with the same recipe. We like our pizza with a super thin crust and pizza stones make it crispy. Make this recipe and freeze the dough in ziplock style bags. Remove the excess air and seal tightly. They keep for up to 3 months, but plan on using them to get a jump start on another meal.
