1 cup of sticky rice
1 3/4 cups of water
1 can of good-quality coconut milk
2 cups of white sugar
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
2 ripe mangoes, cut into bite-size pieces
Soak the sticky rice in 1 cup water for 1 hour in a pot.
