Grilled Peaches with Vegan Blueberry Ice Cream

Grilled peaches with homemade blueberry ice cream from The Health Seeker's Kitchen is healthy summer dessert.  When fruit is grilled, the natural sugars caramelize and absorb a milk smoky flavor.  Pair with the ice cream, it absolutely delicious.  You can use other frozen fruits for this recipe if you are not a fan of blueberries.  Vegan raspberry ice cream would be especially tasty when paired with the peaches.

Grilled Peaches with Vegan Blueberry Ice Cream


1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
pecans (chopped for topping)
