Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melt in microwave
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Filling and Topping:
5 Tablespoons of unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter ( you can use chunky if you would like)
1 cup powdered sugar
