Here is another perfect breakfast idea that we can make ahead of time and have ready to go for those school mornings.
¼ cup milk
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon prepared horseradish
3 scallions, chopped
1/3 cup grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese + 1 tablespoon, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, divided
1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)
12 pieces bacon
