Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Talks Her Balanced Diet

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is one model turned actress who isn't into fad diets. Instead, the Hollywood beauty sticks on a balanced diet that is full of greens and healthy proteins. 

"I live in LA, where every fad diet starts and all the training techniques begin, but I have always kept my approach to health and fitness really simple," Huntington-Whiteley told Grazia magazine. "My approach is a lot of vegetables, smoothies and fish... I don't believe in fads. I believe in eating clean and balanced." 

The actress adds that she enjoys juicing to increase her intake of super foods and healthy supplements. 

"I do a lot of juicing, a lot of green smoothies," she said. "I put all my super foods and supplements into my juice and I have that first thing. I drink two liters of water when I wake up and try to do four liters a day." 

In addition to her healthy diet, Huntington-Whiteley stays fit with the help of an active lifestyle that includes getting outside and playing sports.
