Who says pancakes always need to be sweet? We love these savory bacon, chili and cornmeal pancakes created by Girl versus Dough for Betty Crocker. Top a spicy stack with a fried egg and you're good to go!

Savory Bacon and Chili Cornmeal Pancakes

4 red chili peppers
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup crisply cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
4 fried eggs, if desired
