Fall Favorites: Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

Give your boring old dinner rolls the cold-weather treatment by adding a little pumpkin. These Pumpkin Dinner Rolls from Foodess will go great with your upcoming Thanksgiving dinner, or for any dinner party you are hosting (because who really needs a good excuse to make fresh dinner rolls?). 

Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup milk, warm
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 7-8 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg, light beaten
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water
