Gooey Baked Goat Cheese with Thyme Honey

November 8, 2013

Cheese makes for a quick and easy appetizer, especially if you have crackers, raw veggies or fruits on hand. Baked cheese is even better because it's warm and melty, so it's easily spreadable and dippable. Serve baked goat cheese at your next gathering, topped with sliced fig and a drizzling of thyme honey.
