Easy Dinner: 30 Minute Chili Casserole

After a long day at work, it is such a relief to have dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less. Chili Casserole is filling and tasty, makes a great meal for all ages, and makes a fabulous leftover lunch. Check it out!

30 Minute Chili Casserole

4 cups cooked bow tie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small or 1/2 large onion, chopped

2 1/2 cups sauce-I use plain, but a seasoned tomato sauce would work fine

2 cans kidney beans, or 1 quart home canned navy or kidney type beans

2 cans of Mexican stewed tomatoes (these have green chilies in them)

1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, or 1/4 tsp cayenne (or to taste, this amount is child friendly)

2 cloves minced garlic

s/p to taste
