The burger has been reinvented time and time again. This Thai inspired burger from Simple Comfort Food uses sticky rice patties in place of buns. The burger is simply seasoned with salt, pepper and shallots but once cooked is topped with Thai three sauce, a spicy condiment made from bird chilies, cilantro, and tamarind nectar.
