Cheese cake is, (in this writer's opinion) one of the greatest desserts ever created, bar none.
However, one of the few failings that cheese cake inherently possesses is that it's a cake, it must be sliced and eaten on a plate or it falls apart.
Well no more! The recipe below is for Cookies and Cream Cheese Cake Bites. Which, aside from sounding absolutely amazing, are also totally portable!
Ingredients:
Filling:
16 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Hazelnut Syrup (a must, trust me)*
1 cup Crushed Oreos*
*you can use hazelnut coffee creamer to substitute the cream and hazelnut syrup, use 3 tbsp.
