Light and Crispy Mexican Sopapillas

Sopapillas are petite pillows of fried dough that are often served as a street side snack.  They can either be savory and sweet, filled with beans or ground meat or drizzled in honey.  This fried pastry can be a delicious appetizer or finale to a Mexican meal.  Learn how to make the sweet version in the video below.
