This Green Tea and Cucumber Mojito is perfect for sipping out on the patio, or perhaps to cleanse the palate after all that spicy Cinco De Mayo food.
1 ½ Cups light Rum
4 Limes, more for garnish
20 mint leaves
1 Cup brewed green tea
1 Cucumber, sliced and more for garnish
¾ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Water
