Easy Microwave Sea Salt Caramel Candies are an Edible Gift

Microwave sea salt caramels from Cooking Classy are an easy edible gift for Mother's Day.  Sweetened condensed milk, butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar are heated for 6 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.  They key to these sea salt caramels is monitoring the temperature using a candy thermometer.  The mixture should register between 238-242 degrees Fahrenheit.  For full recipe instructions, click here.
