Memorial Day Weekend marks the beginning of summer grilling season. While summer here in Seattle typically doesn't show herself until early July we still pull out that grill (rain or shine) and fire it up in May. Copper River Salmon just came into season, so that's what we'll be grilling up, perhaps along with some finger lickin' ribs (you just gotta have ribs on a long holiday weekend).
